The image editing model we built EstateInventor around. It runs in the cloud on GPUs we operate, holds the room's geometry exact, and keeps improving on every account.
01 / Architecture
How it works
EstateInventor runs on a model we built and run ourselves, for one job. It edits real estate photos without touching the architecture. Your photo goes up to GPUs we operate, the model performs the edit under a geometry lock that holds the walls, windows, doors, ceilings, floors, and proportions in place, and the result comes back at the same dimensions and crop it went in with, so a staged listing stays MLS-compliant. Every call is stateless, and nothing carries over between edits. You reach it from any browser, with nothing to install, and your first 10 images each month are free.

04 / Quality bar
The quality bar
Staging quality is not a single number. We hold every edit to three tests. The walls, windows, and fixtures stay put (structural fidelity), the furniture and light read as real (plausibility), and the edit does not invent what was never there (restraint). An edit that fails any one of them is a failed edit, however good it looks.
05 / Limitations
Limitations and out of scope
- It edits real photographs. It is not a generator for scenes that were never shot.
- It works best on clear, well-framed listing photos. Heavy motion blur, low light, or low resolution limit what it can recover.
- Staged furniture is plausible, not a literal catalog. Use it to show how a space lives, not to promise specific items.
- It is a single-image tool. It does not keep furnishings consistent across an entire photo set yet.
