1. Information we collect
We collect the details you give us when you create an account, which are your name, your email address, and, if you subscribe, the billing information our payment processor handles. We collect the listing photos you upload for staging and the staged versions we produce from them. We also collect basic usage data, such as when you sign in and how many images you stage, so we can run the service and apply your plan limits.
2. How we use information
We use your photos to stage them and return the result to you. We use your account and billing details to sign you in, apply your plan limits, and take payment. We use usage data to keep the service running, prevent abuse, and help you when something goes wrong.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the providers that make the service work, which are our cloud hosting and storage provider and our payment processor. The model that stages your photos is our own and runs on infrastructure we operate, so no outside model provider handles your images. Each provider may handle your data only to deliver the service to you. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
4. How long we keep it
Your photos and staged results are stored privately under your account, and we delete them from our servers after 3 days, so download anything you want to keep before then. You can also delete a photo or a staged result yourself at any time from the studio. If you close your account, we delete anything that remains and keep only the records we need for billing and for legal obligations.
5. Your rights and choices
You can view, correct, download, or delete your information at any time from your account. You can ask us to close your account and delete everything in it. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to ask for a copy of your information or to object to how we handle it.
