How we calculated the comparison

The price comparisons on this site use real market rates, not invented numbers. For human staging we averaged the published per-photo prices of five full-service companies, about $24 per photo to add furniture, and $1.50 for a touch up. For AI staging we averaged the published subscription and per-image prices of ten of the most-used AI tools, around $40 per month, or about $0.30 an image. Those costs recur for every listing.
