Terms of use
These terms govern your use of EstateInventor. Last updated Jul 14, 2026.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using EstateInventor, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use EstateInventor on behalf of a brokerage or a company, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it.
2. Your account
You need an account to stage photos. Keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us if someone else gets into your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and you must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
3. Acceptable use
Upload only photos you own or have permission to use. Do not upload photos of a property you have no right to market, and do not use the service to mislead a buyer about a property. Do not try to break, overload, or reverse engineer the service, and do not resell access to it. We can suspend an account that breaks these rules.
4. Plans, billing, and limits
Free gives you 10 images a month. Cloud monthly is $30 per month and Cloud annual is $300 per year, each with 300 images a month. Lifetime is $900, one time, for lifetime cloud access, also with 300 images a month. Every paid plan caps at 300 images a month. Paid plans renew until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time from your account.
5. Service and liability
We work to keep EstateInventor available, and we work to keep staging faithful to the room you photographed, but we provide the service as it is, without warranties. A staged image is a marketing aid, not a claim that a property is furnished. You are responsible for how you present a listing and for the rules that apply to you, including MLS rules and local advertising law. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
6. Changes to the service and these terms
We may change the service and these terms. When a change matters to you, we will give notice before it takes effect, and if you keep using EstateInventor after that, you accept the new terms. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, and you can close your account at any time.
7. Contact us
If you have a question about these terms, email us at [email protected]. EstateInventor is based in the United States, and these terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
